Wherever possible, I will offer a fixed fee so that you have certainty and clarity of the costs involved.
My current fixed fees are as follows:
- Initial meeting online via Zoom, MS Teams or by telephone (one hour): £125 + VAT
- Initial meeting face-to-face in Oxford, Oxfordshire or London (one hour): £150 + VAT
- Divorce or dissolution application as applicant: £400 + VAT
- Financial Consent Order through to approval by the Court: £1200 + VAT*
*Additional fee of £300 + VAT if there is a pension sharing order attached to the Consent Order
Please note that Court fees of £53 for a financial consent order and £593 for a divorce application apply. Check here to see if you may qualify for a full or partial discount on Court fees.
The above fixed fees are based on relatively straightforward matters. I will inform you at the earliest opportunity if your matter is unsuitable for a fixed fee.
Other matters will be charged at my hourly rate and a full fee estimate will be provided at the start of your matter.
Please ask me about discounts for public sector workers and those earning less than the national living wage.
